SISTEM REFUND TERHADAP PEMBATALAN TRANSAKSI JUAL BELI ONLINE PADA MARKETPLACE SHOPEE DALAM PERSPEKTIF AKAD BA’I AL – MUQAYYAD (Studi di Kelurahan Menggala Selatan Kecamatan Menggala Kabupaten Tulang Bawang)

Abstrak

This study examines the refund system for the cancellation of online purchase transactions on the Shopee marketplace platform from the perspective of akad ba'i al-muqayyad (conditional sales contract) in fiqh muamalah. In Islamic economics, transactions must be based on a fair agreement and provide protection for both parties. This The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with several Shopee users and studies of official documents and policies. The findings indicate that Shopee's refund system is designed to be systematic and transparent. Consumers can automatically cancel orders if they have not yet been confirmed by the seller, but if confirmed, cancellation requires the seller's approval. Refunds are processed according to the payment method, and the process includes notifications and real-time tracking. Overall, this refund system aligns with the principles of akad ba'i al-muqayyad in fiqh muamalah because the refund is granted when there is a breach of agreement. Shopee acts as a fair and transparent third party integrating e-commerce refund practices with sharia principles for transactional justice in accordance with maqashid sharia.
